If you came to know that in a village everybody is born on the same date, you will not believe it, but it happened in a small village in the Allahabad district of Uttar Pradesh in India. In this village everyone was born on January 1, isn’t it amazing? Actually, this is shocking for everyone and they remain stunned. In Uttar Pradesh's district of Allahabad, everybody's date of birth mentioned in Aadhaar card (National Identity card) is January 1. There are around 10 thousand people living in this village. People say that everyone had to wait for several days for the Aadhar card when they received, they are feeling trapped themselves. One villager says that nowadays, the Aadhaar card has become necessary for most of the works and because of the same date of birth and wrong registration, we are facing problems.
According to the news published in the English newspaper Times of India, this problem was detected when the teachers of government schools went to the Aadhaar card number registration for the students and found that all the students were having the same date of birth. Significantly, the UP government is issuing the Aadhaar card number for information about students studying in government schools and helping them to get scholarships and other government aids.
About this, Gram Pradhan (chief of the village) Ram Dulari says that we have been told about the error of date of birth in the Aadhar card. This mistake will be removed soon and new Aadhaar cards will be issued. She adds that the reports of errors in the Aadhaar card have also come from many other places, where she mentions that once the photo in an Aadhar card was replaced with a photo of Hanuman, the monkey God. Many times it is also because of carelessness that the common people have to face a type of difficulties.
